Shipping Policy

Your first letter will ship when you make your purchase! After that, monthly subscriptions are shipped on the first Monday of the month- and weekly subscriptions go out on Monday's. We ship both domestically and internationally, and shipping is free for all orders within the United States.

 

If your shipping address has changed - reach out to contact@literaryletters.com to update, or simply login and edit your account details. If you are missing a letter or your letters stop coming - please reach out

Return & Exchange Policy

We love and believe in the quality of each and every letter we send out. If you are, for any reason, dissatisfied with your first letter when it arrives, we offer a full refund for the first letter of any subscription.
